Delete from Swipz

• Open Profile while signed in to the account you want to remove.
• Choose Delete account in the Account section.
• Review what will be erased, type DELETE, and confirm.
• Swipz signs the account out and clears local account caches after deletion succeeds.

Data removed

• Your Swipz profile and linked identity record.
• Active sessions, registered devices, and push tokens.
• Saved restaurants, visit status, swipe history, recommendation impressions, and interaction events.
• Historical personalization weights from earlier tests and other active user-linked records.

What may remain temporarily

Restaurant information not tied to your account may remain because it describes a public business. Final policy language must disclose the backup-overwrite period and any narrowly retained security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or legal records.

If you cannot use the app

Use the public Swipz account-deletion page from a browser and sign in with the same account details. A monitored assisted-deletion contact and identity-check process must be published before launch for people who cannot sign in.
